The rm replacement that is safe to hand to your AI Agents: deleted files can be restored, know exactly which session deleted a file, when, and why, with the reason being a required flag.
saferm is a replacement for rm, a CLI meant for AI agents that delete files. Every deletion goes into an archive instead of disappearing, requires a stated reason, and records which session deleted what and when, and saferm undelete puts an archived path back without overwriting anything. It is written in Go, and you can read the source mirror at github.com/stricttools/saferm.
