strictcli

A CLI framework for the Era of Agents: nothing is inferred, everything is declared. Written in Go.

strictcli is a framework for building command-line programs in Go where nothing is inferred and everything is declared. Every flag and argument states whether it is required, optional, or has a default, every command has help text and declares whether it is read-only or mutating, and a missing declaration is an error when the CLI is registered rather than when someone runs it. It suits developers building CLIs that AI agents will call. strictcli is written in Go, and its source is mirrored at github.com/stricttools/strictcli.
