go-toml-edit

Zero-dep TOML editing library for Go with comment preservation.

go-toml-edit is a Go library for editing TOML files without losing their comments. It parses a document into a lossless syntax tree, so you can set, delete, or rename a key and write the file back with every comment and value intact, and it also offers strict decoding into Go structs, formatting, diffing, and merging. It imports nothing beyond the Go standard library. It is written in Go, and the source mirror lives at github.com/stricttools/go-toml-edit.
